Hi, I'm Eling. After 15 years of marketing agency and B2B enterprises, I have decided to bet on myself to create Chi Media. Chi is a Chinese word meaning essence, life force or spirit. In a world of commodified attention spans and mass produced homogenous content, what we are looking for is a spirit of authenticity and stories that resonate.
Having worked 4 marketing agencies in my career, there are many things agencies can do better. These include choosing to not work with clients that don't fit the marketing channels, forcing clients into long contracts when it's clear the marketing isn't going to work for them, minimum spends that are above what the client really needs just to make a quick buck on the management fees. This is because agencies have both high labour costs and overheads. Chi Media is nimble, without these overheads, and we want to win with you.
